First ARVIS® Surgeries Outside of the U.S.

In 2025, Enovis’ ARVIS® Augmented Reality System recently reached two major milestones in our global expansion of surgical technology. The system was successfully used outside the United States for the first time in Australia, and shortly afterwards in Europe, specifically in Italy and Germany, following CE Mark approval for hip and knee applications. Approval for shoulder applications is expected soon.

These achievements, supported by dedicated ARVIS® SkillsLABs with leading surgeons, reflect Enovis’ commitment to advancing orthopedic innovation and making smart, enabling technologies more accessible to enhance surgical precision without adding complexity.

ProMade Celebrates 10 Years of Custom Implants

ProMade, Enovis’ design service dedicated to developing custom-made surgical implants, leverages advanced 3D printing technology and close collaboration between surgeons and engineers. Since its inception, the ProMade division has focused on supporting surgeons in managing highly complex cases, ensuring personalized care for patients requiring bespoke implant solutions.

In 2025, we celebrated 10 years of ProMade, reflecting on the clinical impact we have achieved and how our design capabilities and service model have evolved over time. During an event marking this important milestone, invited surgeon faculty shared their clinical experience, offering valuable insights into managing highly complex cases with Enovis’ ProMade solutions. We were also honored to welcome two patients who attended in person to share the tangible benefits they experienced thanks to their ProMade implants. Their presence brought a powerful and emotional dimension to the celebration, reminding us of the true purpose behind our innovation: improving lives.
